Make every holiday stay feel special, without starting from scratch each season.

The Holiday Host Pack gives your Airbnb or vacation rental everything guests see and use during a Christmas or Thanksgiving stay. Print the pages, fill in the blanks, and your property is guest-ready.

What's inside (17-page printable PDF)

• Holiday house rules sign: covers decorations, candles, noise, and extra guests
• Wi-Fi cards: four cut-out cards per page, in both holiday styles
• Check-in and check-out instruction sheets
• Local holiday events guide and a holiday hours guide so guests know what's open on the day
• Guest feedback cards and thank-you cards in both holiday styles
• Host holiday prep checklist: decor, safety, extra supplies, and deep clean
• Important contacts sheet for emergencies and "where to find it" info

How it works
Download the PDF, print at actual size on US Letter paper (cardstock works well for signs and cards), fill in the blanks by hand, and cut along the dashed lines where marked. Use the Christmas pages, the Thanksgiving pages, or both, and reprint every year.
