Thank you for shopping with Holidays Made Easy. All of our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, so they can't be returned. For that reason, all sales are final. We still want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read the situations below where we will help.

When we'll make it right

• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund the extra purchase.
• File problems: If your file won't open, is corrupted or looks incomplete, tell us and we'll send you a working replacement. If we can't fix the problem, we'll issue a refund.
• Wrong product: If you received a different product than the one you ordered, we'll send the correct file or refund your order.

What we can't refund

• A change of mind after purchase or download.
• Differences in how colors look on your screen versus your printer, or results from printer settings and paper choice.
• Purchases where the product was misunderstood. All of our products are printable PDFs for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) paper, and they're meant to be printed and filled in by hand.

How to request help

Email us at marthascornerusa@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a short description of the problem, with a screenshot if you can. We'll reply within 3 business days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company sets how long it takes to appear, which is usually 5 to 10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
